From Washington, a group of US lawmakers introduces the first legislative bill named Stop Forced Organ Harvesting Act, which counters global organ trafficking. Other similar bills were enacted in March and December of last year. Kristina Olney, director of government relations for the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation, told the Epoch Times, that for too long the United States have been silent on this malpractice of forced organ harvesting and along with US, countries that respect human rights should confront the evidence and hold the Chinese Communistic Party accountable for its involvement in these horrific crimes. She also says, “The bill comes at an incredibly important time, since Beijing’s suicidal actions in Xinjiang makes very clear the lengths to which the CCP is willing to go to control Uyghur Muslims and other religious and ethnic minorities in China.”
If the legislation is approved, US would be able to publicly denounce and sanction persons and government officials responsible and/or involved in human trafficking or organ harvesting across the world and revoke any person’s passport if he or she purchases organs of a wrongful and illegal nature. It also requires a US annual report of human trafficking organs in foreign countries with a reporting system that has tiers in the indication of who has the most illegal harvesting and trafficking of organs, which would expose governments who allowed these crimes to happen. Representative Chris Smith (R-NJ), leading sponsor of House bill (H.R. 1592) and an activity against forced organ harvesting for more than 20 years, has said, “Organ harvesting is an egregiously barbaric and inhumane act that has no place in our world” and that the US “must do more to put an end to the horrific abuse by international human trafficking gangs, terrorist organizations, and even some governments—China’s communist regime in particular— who kill innocent people and sell their organs for profit.”
As early as 2006, there had been allegations against China for these type of forced organ harvesting crimes. With tumulting investigations from such people as Former Canadian Secretary of State David Kilgour, human rights lawyer David Matas, investigative journalist Ethan Gutmann, Kristina Olney and her foundation, and the China Tribunal based in London headed by Sir Geoffrey Nice QC, there has been reports and evidence of China’s illegal activities of forced organ harvesting. Kilgour and Matas published a report with more than 18 different types of evidence of these crimes and the primary victims were practitioners of Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa. Gutmann did his own investigation and published a book called, “The Slaughter: Mass Killings, Organ Harvesting, and China’s Secret Solution To Its Dissident Problem.” Olney and the foundation also released their own reports of organ harvesting crimes. And the China Tribunal did another investigation and found with clarity that, indeed, there was forced organ harvesting happening in China with Falun Gong practitioners being the major source.
Susie Hughes, executive director of the International Coalition to End Transplant Abuse in China (ETAC), said, “The Stopped Forced Organ Harvesting Act is one of the most significant international responses to the China Tribunal’s judgment to date.” She notes, it is one of the most detailed bills to date that battles global organ trafficking and prominent state-sanctioned trade in China. She continues, it sets up a reporting mechanism which allows the US state department to do its investigations independently and wouldn’t have to rely on third parties such as the World Health Organization (WHO).
Tom Cotton, a US lawmaker, who also orchestrated the bill, said, “This bill will identify and punish CCP members involved in forced organ harvesting. It’s past time to hold Beijing accountable for these heinous acts.” Being a co-chairman of the Senate Human Rights Caucus, Chris Coons acknowledged that forced organ harvesting was “inhumane, immoral, and cruel” and encouraged the US government to “fight this despicable practice”.

The world must stand up to the Chinese Communistic Party (CCP). They are communistic and corrupt and they are top-notch human rights abusers. They have committed much human rights genocide such as sexual assault and violence, live and forced organ harvesting, torture, slave labor, false imprisonment, and murder. Their victims include Falun Dafa practitioners, Tibetans, Taiwanese, Christians, Muslim Uighur, Hong Kongers, and anybody who speaks out against their evil regime. They are bent on world domination and use dirty tactics and manipulation to hold people of important positions or government officials with hostage situations or bribes while destroying the countries’ land, resources, property, and people. Please say no to the Chinese Communistic Party. ( the history, structure, and consequences of the CCP — http://www.ninecommentaries.com )
Falun Dafa is a spiritual meditation practice based on Buddhist principles of truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance. Since July 20th of 1999, Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, has been greatly persecuted and banned in China by the CCP to the present day. Out of jealousy, the CCP saw its popularity rising rapidly and decided to eradicate Falun Gong. However, true practitioners never desired political power and they continue to hold the three principles of their faith against the evil cult regime of Godlessness, communism, and corruption by the CCP.
